I have been working with claude.ai lately and I came across it by watching videos of [[Tiago Forte]] about the [[master prompt concept]]. Then I watched the video of Forte Talking to an AI operator. She explained that AI should be treated as any other human employee as well. **Analogy to Managing People:** Many pitfalls and struggles with AI mirror those in managing, hiring, and working with people. this is what obsidian copilot worked out as key experience for many AI users. This is interesting as it points out the weaknesses. it is also fascinating because it visualises what might go wrong when training real humans as well. The training cycle is emphasized and this makes sense and I see this as well when working with claude. I wonder how this can be implemented in my dental office. I think the master prompt with enhance the capabilities of my staff. Handling email conversations might be a good start. Referring to the online booking or even booking online would make sense. clearer patient communications as well. but back to my topic of today... I think the similarity between AI and an untrained human employee is that both come with a set of knowledge and communication and reasoning skills. But in the end the skills are not adapted to th work situation. When we keep this in mind we see that this is important in both domains. Experincing AI running into the same issues over and over reminds me of what employees are doing. Somehow this is kind of funny as it seems to be more similar than at first thought. Training involves explanations on how, why when, a demo result and so on. So how could we even create a framework on training AI or human regardless of who it actually is. is it possible to craft a master prompt tho create prompts?
